About Me
I come from a performing background and have always been interested in the body and how it works. After graduating from drama school I became a fitness instructor through TrainFitness London, then later in 2019 I trained to become a Sports Massage Therapist with Sports Therapy UK.
I love to continue learning new styles and techniques to help clients, and in July 2022 I qualified as a Table Thai Massage Therapist through the London School Of Massage.

I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, whether it's training for marathons, reducing aches and pains, improving posture or purely for relaxation. I tailor each treatment to the client's needs to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect from my first session?
Is sports massage painful?
When you first book an appointment I will send over a form for you to fill out and send back to me. When you arrive we'll talk through what you'd like to get out of the session before the treatment starts.
Are you able to diagnose injuries?
I always encourage clients to communicate with me what pressure they would like. I check in with the client throughout the treatment and adjust the pressure accordingly. Some treatments can cause discomfort if there are areas of tension that need to be released, but should never cause too much pain as I believe this to be counterproductive to the aims of massage.
Although I have a thorough understanding of common injuries, I am not qualified to diagnose. If you have an undiagnosed injury or require medical help please see a Physiotherapist or another healthcare professional first.
